Healthy Greek Pita Pizzas
You can still enjoy a pizza without straying from your healthy habits. I have been loving using pita to make mini pizzas with any combination of toppings. This particular recipe is a mediterranean style pizza with a hummus base.
These are so simple & ready to eat in just 15 minutes. A great go-to dinner idea that I rotate at least once a week because it is just THAT easy to throw together after a long day.

Healthy Greek Pita Pizzas
You can still enjoy a pizza without straying from your healthy habits. I have been loving using pita to make mini pizzas with a variety of toppings.

Ingredients
- 6 pitas
- Hummus
- 1 cup English cucumber, diced
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Bragg's vinegar
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, halved or chopped
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp pink salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Brush the tops of the pita breads with a little avocado oil, and spring with a little salt, oregano and garlic powder.
- Broil in oven for 2-3 minutes until just brown
- Mix up all of salad ingredients and toss.
- Layer pita breads with hummus and then salad mixture!
- Enjoy!
