Watermelon Hydration Recovery Smoothie

This watermelon hydration smoothie is refreshing and perfect post-workout or on a warm day. Plant-based and packed with nutrients to give a boost to your day!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen, wild blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen watermelon
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2-1 cup plant milk (start with 1/2 cup)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 large handful fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chaga or any mushroom powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add everything to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If your dates are not soft, soak them in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  3. Add more liquid depending on how thick you want it.
