Watermelon Hydration Recovery Smoothie
This watermelon hydration smoothie is refreshing and perfect post-workout or on a warm day. Plant-based and packed with nutrients to give a boost to your day!

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen, wild blueberries
- 1 cup frozen watermelon
- 2 dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2-1 cup plant milk (start with 1/2 cup)
- 1 banana
- 1 large handful fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon chaga or any mushroom powder (optional)
Instructions
- Add everything to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- If your dates are not soft, soak them in boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Add more liquid depending on how thick you want it.
