All plant-based food, easy and delicious (you can easily add meat or dairy to these if you want)
Pick a prep day and make 8-10 items that will convert over to finished meals later in the week!
The meals can be lunch or dinner
Serves 2-4 (you can modify if you are feeding more or less people)
