Easy 15 Minute Gochujang Peanut Noodles
Just 15 minutes and you will have delicious peanut noodles ready to enjoy! These are tasty on their own or opt to add some tofu and veggies for a little added protein. Save your leftovers to reheat for a lunch or dinner later in the week too!

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp gochujang sauce
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp almond butter
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- 1 pkg rice noodles, cooked (I use Lotus Foods)
Instructions
- Whisk everything together and mix with hot noodles.
