My overnight vegan lemon chia pudding is prepared at night and ready to grab and go right when you wake up! Simplify your morning with this make ahead breakfast.

Grab & Go Overnight Lemon Chia Pudding

Simplify your morning routine by preparing your breakfast the night before. My lemon chia pudding is ready to grab and go right when you wake up!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened, dairy free milk
  • Zest and juice from one lemon
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Strawberries, blueberries and almonds for topping

Instructions

  1. Mix up chia, non dairy milk, lemon zest/juice and maple syrup. 
  2. Cover and put in the fridge overnight or at least an hour.
  3. Serve with fresh fruit and sliced almonds.
  4. Enjoy!
