Vegan Puff Pastry Asparagus Side Dish

Vegan Puff Pastry Asparagus Side Dish
Taking an appetizer to a holiday party? Need a side dish to include with your holiday dinner? This vegan puff pasty asparagus is the answer!

Ingredients
- 1 box puffed pastry sheets, thawed
- 1 bunch asparagus
- Kite Hill chive cream cheese
- Chao cheese slices
- Salt/pepper/garlic granules
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Trim ends off of asparagus, spray with avocado oil spray and add salt and pepper.
- Roll out puffed pastry sheets and cut 5” x 5” squares with a pizza
- cutter. Turn the square so that one point is on top.
- Add a layer of cream cheese and one slice of the cheese.
- Now lay in 3-4 asparagus spears.
- Bring ends on right and left together to seal over asparagus.
- Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Ready to serve.
