Grab & Go Seed Bites
These are a great little snack to have made in the fridge! Full of lots of minerals and fatty acids to give you extra energy and brain power!

Grab and Go Seed Bites
Need a quick snack before working out? Or a bite of something sweet (and healthy) after dinner. This quick seed bite recipe is easy to make and versatile!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 3 Tbsp each: hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, raisins, coconut
- 8 medjool dates, pits removed
- 1 Tbsp ground flax seed
- 2 Tbsp Cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Put the sunflower seeds, hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds in the food processor and do a rough chop.
- Add the dates and raisins and blend until they are broken down.
- Add the coconut, flax seed, cacao and vanilla.
- Process until everything is evenly combined.
- Scoop out with a tablespoon and form balls.
- Put in freezer to set. Either keep them there or move to the fridge!
