Green Goddess Buddha Bowl & Avocado Tahini Sauce
Not only does this buddha bowl taste great it is beautiful and so vibrant with all shades of green! Buddha bowls are a great staple to keep on rotation throughout the week, as you can really get creative with them! I was trying to use up some of my fresh veggies and threw together this yummy green goddess bowl for lunch! Now it is one of my favorite creations.
The most important part of a buddha bowl is a good dressing to top it off! This avocado tahini sauce is a versatile sauce that can be used on nearly any buddha bowl you put together.

Green Goddess Buddha Bowl & Avocado Tahini Sauce
Buddha bowls are so easy to throw together- there really are no rules! I loved this green goddess bowl, it is full of nutrients with the perfect tahini sauce to finish it off! It makes a filling lunch or dinner when you are on-the-go.
Ingredients
- arugula on the bottom
- steamed asparagus
- edamame
- heirloom green tomatoes
- green pepper
- broccoli sprouts
- pumpkin seeds
- pistachios
- cucumber
- quinoa
Sauce
- 1 avocado
- 2 lemons, zest and juice
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1-2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic
Instructions
- Toss it all together.
