10 minute Blueberry Smoothie Bowl
Start your day off right with this smoothie bowl packed with nutrients and immune boosting ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup regular coconut milk (canned)
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or zen basil seeds
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach
- Fruit, nuts, and coconut for topping
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in blender starting with coconut milk.
- Blend using your tamper (blending tool). Blend until smooth.
- Add more coconut milk or water if your blender needs more liquid.
- Top with blueberries, strawberries and coconut!
- To keep you full longer, enjoy with a piece of Ezekial toast or some oatmeal.
