10 minute Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Start your day off right with this smoothie bowl packed with nutrients and immune boosting ingredients.
Prep time: 5 MinCook time: 5 MinTotal time: 10 Min

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup regular coconut milk (canned)
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or zen basil seeds
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach
  • Fruit, nuts, and coconut for topping

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in blender starting with coconut milk. 
  2. Blend using your tamper (blending tool). Blend until smooth.
  3. Add more coconut milk or water if your blender needs more liquid.
  4. Top with blueberries, strawberries and coconut!
  5. To keep you full longer, enjoy with a piece of Ezekial toast or some oatmeal.
  6. Enjoy!
