- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cans black beans, drained
- 1 tsp each: cumin, pink salt, smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 8 six inch tortillas

- Juice of one lemon
- 3 Tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp salt
