Ingredients
- 1 can hearts of palm, drained and chopped
- 12 grape tomatoes, quartered
- 3 radishes, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 or 2 tbsp chopped jalapeño
- Juice of 1-2 limes
- 1/2 tsp pink salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic
Instructions
- Mix everything together and chill!
