Ingredients
- 3 cups shelled edamame (I buy them frozen and boil for 2 minutes)
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 1/2 cups white corn
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 large avocado
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
- Toss it all together!
